Be it Resolved:
The Board of Trustees approves the Mayor's
appointment of Gabriel Hayes, Jr., 36 Union Street, Briarcliff
Manor to the position of Police Lieutenant from Civil Service
List No. 79-899F commencing April 15, 1990 at an annual base
salary of $47,756.
Said appointment is subject to the
restriction that Lt. Gabriel Hayes, Jr. remain on the patrol
rotation tour until the retirement of Lt. Michael O'Shaughnessy,
and
Be it Further Resolved: The promotion of Gabriel Hayes, Jr. is
subject to the approval of the Westchester County Civil Service
Commission as well as a probationary period of not less than
twelve (12) nor more than twenty-six (26) weeks.
