A Special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
North Tarrytown was held on August 14, 1990 at 8:30 PM.
Present:

Deputy Mayor Treacy
Trustee Hyland
Trustee Cicchetti
Trustee Alter
Trustee Marren

Absent:

Mayor Gandolfo
Trustee Rey

Also Present:

William T. Regan, Village Administrator
John J. Hughes,Jr. Village Attorney
Rocco Verrilli, General Foreman

The purpose of the meeting was to award the bid for the sweeper.
Deputy Mayor Treacy called the meeting to order.
The following resolution was read:
Be it Resolved: The Board of Trustees awards the bid for a 3
Cubic Yard Street Sweeper to Theodore J. Burke &amp; Son Inc. ,
34-09-126th Street, Flushing, New York 11368 for the net amount
of $78,700., which price reflects the trade in amounts as bid for
the Village owned 1974 Elgin and 1986 FMC. Said bid being the
lowest responsible bid.

SECONDED:Trustee Cicchetti

VOTE:4-0

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
