Present: Mayor Frank Rey Nicholas Cicchetti John T- Hayes, Jr. Morris Alter Also Present: Trustees William T. Regan, Village Administrator Robert J. Ponzini, Village Attorney Absent: Steven Baderian James J. Timmings, III Michael Hyland Trustees Mayor Rey called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Trustee Cicchetti made a motion to ajourn to executive session for the purpose of discussing personnel matters, motion seconded by Trustee Hayes and carried 4-0. Discussion ensued on personnel matters in the police department. Trustee Hayes moved, second by Trustee Cicchetti to adjourn the meeting, motion carried 4-0. Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
