Present: Richard Weiss, Chairman Karin Adir Doug Maass Terence McGlynn Absent: Ralph Gunderman Also Present: Anthony DelVecchio (Recording Secretary) Sean McCarthy (Building Inspector, Village of Sleepy Hollow) Announcements: None. Agenda: 1) Minutes for December 13, 2006 and January 10, 2007 2) Estate of Laurance S. Rockefeller County House Road 3-lot sub-division 1) Minutes The minutes from the December 13, 2006 meeting were reviewed. Doug Maass made a motion to approve the minutes as amended. Karin Adir seconded. It was unanimous (4-0). The minutes from the January 10, 2007 meeting were reviewed. Doug Maass made a motion to approve the minutes as submitted. Karin Adir seconded. It was unanimous (4-0). 2) Estate of Laurance S. Rockefeller John Schnaufer is the attorney representing this application. John Schnaufer stated that the parcel would be divided into 3 lots. He stated that lot #1 would be 18-acres and would be transferred to the National Historic Trust. He stated that lots #2 and 3 would be transferred to members of the Rockefeller family. He stated that the only thing changing is the lot lines. Doug Maass asked if the proposed subdivision would comply with the Village Zoning Code. �John Schnaufer responded yes. Doug Maass asked if the Japanese Tea House would remain. John Schnaufer responded yes. He stated that it would be on the parcel that would be transferred to the National Historic Trust. There was an open discussion on policies applicable to this application. The Chair asked if the existing houses are visible from the Hudson River in case the existing houses are torn down and new houses were to be built on the property. John Schnaufer responded that he did not know. Doug Maass responded that Kykuit is not visible from the Hudson River. The Chair stated that there are no policies that apply to this application, The Committee unanimously found that this application was not inconsistent with the LWRP. Adjourned at 8:15 pm.
