WORTH TARRYTOWN On a unanimous vote, the Board moved into an executive session to discuss the federal lawsuit filed by General Motors against the Village. DISCUSSION A general discussion led by the attorneys followed concerning the Reclamation Law (Local Law 4)• The discussions concerned strengths of the law, status of the complaint, the conference schedules of the assigned judge and possible amendments to the law. No decisions were made nor were any votes taken. The executive session was adjourned at 10:10 P.M. regular session adjourned at 10:11 P.M.
