A Special Emergency Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
Village of North Tarrytown was held on Thursday, October 20, 1994
at 6 PM in Village Hall for the purpose of calling for a Public
Hearing on October 31, 1994.

The attached resolution was then passed.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Be it Resolved, the Board of Trustees of the Village of North
Tarrytown will hold a Public Hearing on October 31, 1994 at 8:00
PM in Village ?Hall to exempt from Village taxes within the
control of the said Board of Trustees to the extent of fifty per
cent (50%) of its assessed value, properties owned by one or more
persons sixty-five (65) years of age or over who comply with the
provisions of said Section 4 67 as to occupancy, income, length of
ownership and otherwise.
