Mayor Treacy called the meeting to order.
Public Hearing
Trustee Blanco moved, second by Trustee Alter to open the public
hearing, motion carried.
There was no one in the audience, therefore, Trustee Alter moved,
second by Trustee Blanco to close the public hearing, motion
carried.
Approval of Minutes
Trustee Blanco moved, second by Trustee Hayes to approve the
minutes of the Special meeting of October 20, 1994 as written,
motion carried.
Resolution-Attached
There being no further business, Trustee Alter moved, second by
Trustee Hayes to adjourn the meeting, motion carried.

partial property tax exemption for senior citizens for the 1995

Public Hearing Notice
Village of North Tarrytown
Please Take Notice, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of
North Tarrytown will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October
31,1994 at 8:00 PM at Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, North
Tarrytown, New York to exempt from Village taxes within the
control of the said Board of Trustees to the extent of fifty per
cent (50%) of its assessed valu^, properties owned by one or more
persons sixty-five (65) years of age or over who comply with the
provisions of said Section 467 as to occupancy, income, length of
ownership and otherwise.

A copy of said law is available in the office of the Village
Clerk.
All taxpayers, residents and parties in interest are entitled to
attend and be heard at said hearing.
