The purpose of the public hearing was to consider the removal of the handicapped parking space at 25 Bedford Road, North Tarrytown. Present: Deputy Mayor Morris Alter Richard C. Sweet Mario DiFelice Jose Chevere John T. Hayes, Jr. Trustees Also Present: Janet Gandolfo, Village Attorney Absent: Mayor Sean Treacy Trustee Patricia Ramsey Linda E. David, Village Administrator Deputy Mayor Alter called the meeting to order with a pledge to the flag. Public Hearing Deputy Mayor Alter read the attached public hearing notice. Trustee Chevere moved, second by Trustee Sweet to open the public hearing, motion carried. There were no comments from the public, therefore Trustee DiFelice moved, second by Trustee Hayes to close the public hearing. Attached resolution #04-53-96 was then passed. There being no further business, Trustee DiFelice moved that the meeting be adjourned, second by Trustee Sweet and carried.
