I Members Present: Mayor Sean Treacy Trustee Alter Trustee Chevere Trustee DiFelice Trustee Hayes Trustee Ramsey Trustee Sweet Also Present: Linda David, Village Administrator Mayor Treacy stated there is a tax rate increase this year. Homestead taxes will go up to 5.79% and Non-Homestead by 6.87%. It was a difficult decision to raise taxes, but it was necessary. There were a number of changes on the capital budget, certain pieces of equipment were eliminated. The Mayor made a comparison of the proposed budget and the budget to be adopted. The Village Attorney retainer agreement was voted on and approved 5-1-1. Trustee Sweet abstained and Trustee DiFelice voted against Don Walsh but voted for Janet Gandolfo, Esq. Resolutions Please see the attached resolutions. Being that there was no further business, a motion was made by Trustee Alter to close the meeting, seconded by Trustee Ramsey. Said adoption being pursuant to the Provisions of Chapter 809 of the Laws of 1954 and the Budget Manuals for Villages and the Uniform System of Accounts as set forth in the Manuals issued by the Division of Municipal Affairs, Albany, New York.
