Present: Mayor Sean Treacy Patrick J. Munroe Morris Alter Mario DiFelice Trustees Janet Gandolfo, Village Attorney Also Present: Absent: Linda E. David, Village Administrator Michael Collins Patricia Ramsey Jose Chevere Trustees Mayor Treacy called the meeting to order with a pledge to the flag. The attached resolutions were passed. David Village Administrator/Village Clerk �Meeting Date: 11/10/97 Resolution #: 11/132/97 Whereas, Election Day falls on Tuesday, March 17,1998 and conflicts with St. Patrick's Day which falls on the same day: Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the Board of Trustees does hereby declare that Election Day shall be held on Wednesday, March 18,1998. MOVED: Trustee Munroe SECOND: Trustee Alter VOTE: 4-0 Meeting Date: Resolution*: 11/10/97 11/133/97 i Whereas, the next General Village Election for Officers will be held on Wednesday, March 18,1998; and Whereas, the Board of Trustees must designate by resolution and publish the offices which are to be filled in such election and the terms thereof, now, therefore, be it resolved: Section 1: That the Board of Trustees designates the following offices as vacant at the end of the current official year, to be filled at the Village Election to be held on Wednesday, March 18,1998 for the following terms: Three (3) Trustees—Two (2) Year Terms Each Section 2: The Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish the resolution in full in the Daily News,. A newspaper of general circulation within the Village of Sleepy Hollow. i Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately.
