NY 11368, for the amount of $81,936.00, on the condition that the company delivers to the Village on or before August 19,1998 a loaner to be used by the Village until delivery of the street sweeper. Said loaner Is to be In good operating condition during Its use by the Village, and there shall be a sweeper provided on all days the Village of Sleepy Hollow schedules sweeping. Note: This company was low bidder.
