The following resolutions were passed.

Be It Resolved that the Board of Trustees does hereby call for a Public Hearing
on Monday. December 7.1998 at 8:00 PM to hear and consider comments
regarding amending Chapter 57 entitled Vehicle &amp; Traffic Code to designate a
No Parking Zone In front of the entrance to the Van Tassel Apartments located
on Pocantico Street and to designate a handicapped parking space directly to
the south of said No Parking Zone.

Be It resolved that the Board of Trustees does hereby authorize the settlement of
the claim of Susan Robinson and lean Robinson Broy dated November 17,1998
against ihe Village of Sleepy Hollow for the amount of $3,810.44. The Village
Attorney Is hereby directed to prepare the necessary documents for the
settlement transaction.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Trustees at the Village of
Sleepy Hollow. Westchester County, New York, In the Village Hall until Monday,
December 21,1998, at 10:00 a.m.
