A worksession of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held
on Wednesday. July 21, 1999 at 7:00 PM In Village Hall. 28 Beekman Avenue.
Sleepy Hollow, New York.
Present:

Philip Zegarelll. Mayor
Mario DiFelice, Deputy Mayor
lames I. Hart
Robert I. Higle
Patricia Rodriguez
Donald W. Stever Trustees

Absent:

Craig A. Laub

Also Present:

Sanjay Shah. Treasurer

The following resolutions were passed:
64.
Be it resolved that the Board of Trustees does hereby amend the
contract with Robert Peirce as Village Prosecutor to Include a fixed monthly
stipend of $1,333.33 as per his letter dated July 19. 1999.
Moved: Trustee Stever

Seconded: Trustee DiFelice

Vote: 5-0

65.
Be it resolved that the Board of Trustees hereby appoints Michael
Molle. residing at 312 Union Valley Road. Mahopac. New York 10541 to the
position of Skilled Laborer on temporary, full-time basis effective Wednesday.
July 22. 1999 at a salary of $20.64 per hour.
Moved: Trustee DiFelice

Seconded: Trustee Hart

Vote: 5-0

66.
Be it resolved that the Board of Trustees hereby appoints Thomas
Dedde. residing at 305 North Washington Street. Sleepy Hollow. New York 10591
to the position of Laborer on temporary, full-time basis effective Wednesday.
July 22. 1999 at a salary of $10.00 per hour.
Moved: Trustee DiFelice

Seconded: Trustee Higle

Vote: 5-0

�Trustee DiFelice moved, seconded by Trustee Collins to approve their actions,
motion carried 5-0.
Trustee Alter moved, seconded by Trustee Collins to move into executive session to
discuss personnel matter, carried.
Executive Session
Discussion ensued on a personnel matter, no formal action taken. Trustee Alter
moved to go back to egular session, seconded by Trustee Collins, carried.
Back in regular session, attached resolution #03-37-99 was passed.
There being no further business, Trustee DiFelice moved, seconded by Trustee Alter
to adjourn the meeting, carried.
