                  <text>VILLAGE OF SLEEPY HOLLOW
A Work Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on
Tuesday, November 16,1999, at approximately 8:35 p.m. in the Village Hall, 28
Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York.

Philip E. Zegarelli, Mayor
Mario DiFelice, Deputy Mayor, Trustee
James H. Hart, Trustee
Robert J. Higle, Trustee
Craig A. Laub, Trustee
Donald W Stever, Trustee

Absent:

Patricia Rodriguez, Trustee

The Mayor called the Work Session to order and the following was proposed:
Resolution No. W-E
The Mayor appointed James Galgano to the expired term of
George Tanner on the Zoning Board of Appeals, effective November 16,1999. The
Mayor's appointment was confirmed by the Board of Trustees.
Moved: Trustee DeFelice; Seconded: Trustee Hart; Vote: 6-0.
Resolution No. W-F
Be it resolved that the Board of Trustees hereby adopts
pursuant to public notice and public hearing amendments to the Sanitation Code of the
Village of Sleepy Hollow. The amendments are to take effect according to Village Law
Procedures of the State of New York.
Moved: Trustee DeFelice; Seconded: Trustee Higle; Vote: 6-0.

Resolution No. W-G
Be it resolved that the Board of Trustees hereby approves
the payment of Warrants for the Village of Sleepy Hollow. Such Warrants having been
reviewed by the Acting Treasurer and the appropriate Trustees are found to be correct,
due, and payable. The total of the General Fund is $23,235.91 and the Water and
Sewer Fund total is $2,687.60.
Moved: Trustee Laub; Seconded: Trustee DeFelice; Vote: 6-0.

There being no other business before the Board of Trustees, Trustee Stever moved;
Trustee Hart Seconded that the Work Session be adjourned at 8:50 p.m. Vote: 6-0.
