A Work Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on
Tuesday, December 7,11999 at 7:00 PM in Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy
Hollow, New York.
Present:

The Mayor called the Work Session to order and the following resolutions were
adopted:
Resolution #: W-H Trustee DiFelice moved, seconded by Trustee Higle to approve
the warrants and authorize the Acting Treasurer to pay the bills, motion carried 60. Total of the General Fund is $ 162,501.15.
Resolution # W-I Be it resolved that the Mayor be authorized to sign a contract
to purchase the Capozza property located at 21 Beekman Avenue in the amount of
$135,000.00; Trustee Higle so moved, seconded by Trustee Hart and motion carried
6-0; the Leon property located at 17 Beekman Avenue for $175,000.00; Trustee
Higle so moved, seconded by Trustee DeFelice and motion carried 6-0; the Curtin
property located at 11 Beekman Avenue for $185,000.00; Trustee Higle so moved,
seconded by Trustee Rodriguez and motion carried 6-0.
Resolution # W-J Be it resolved that the Board of Trustees rejects the sole bid for
the Shooting Range clean up since the bid specs were not complete and that we have
the Pistol Club and Police Chief review and redo project. Trustee DiFelice so
moved, seconded by Trustee Stever and carried 6-0.
Resolution^ W-K Be it resolved that the Board of Trustees does hereby amend
Chapter 57-6 of the Code of the Village of Sleepy Hollow entitled "Parking
Restricted in Designated Locations." Trustee DiFelice moved, seconded by Trustee
Hart and carried 6-0.

RESOLUTIONS FOR DEECEMBER 7. 1999
W-L.
Be it resolved that the Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the Mayor
to execute two agreements with Hudson Microimaging. P.O. Box 640. Route 9W.
Port Ewen. NY 12466. to microfilm: (a) The Board of Trustees Minutes from 1874
to 1998. and (b) Tax Lien Summary Records from 1927 to 1995. These contracts
are in accordance with SARA guidelines and will be funded by the SARA grant
received by the Village of Sleepy Hollow for the period July 1999 through lune
30. 2000.
