                  <text>33^A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on Wednesday, March 22,2000
at 7:30 PM in Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York for the
purpose of certifying the results of the village election held on Tuesday, March 21,
2000.

Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order with a prayer and pledge to the flag.
He explained that this meeting is just for the purpose of certifying the election
results.
The Mayor read the attached statement regarding the results.
Mayor Zegarelli moved that these results be accepted, seconded by Trustee DiFelice
and carried 6-0.
Mayor Zegarelli commented that the next regular board meeting will be held on
Tuesday, March 28, 2000 at 8 PM with a worksession at 7 PM.

There being no further business, Trustee DiFelice moved, seconded by Trustee Zieja
to adjourn the meeting, carried 6-0.
