                  <text>A worksession of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held
on Tuesday, July 25,2000 at 8:00 PM in Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy
Hollow, New York.

Mayor Philip Zegarelli
James J. Hart
Mario DiFelice
Patricia M. Rodriguez
Donald Stever
Trustees

Also Present: Dwight H. Douglas, Village Administrator
At 8:10 p.m. on a motion of Deputy Mayor DiFelice seconded by Trustee
Hart, the Board of Trustees moved into formal session and authorized the warrants
to be paid as follows: General Fund $180,543.40; Water &amp; Sewer $13,141.46;
Capital $43,987.66. The motion carried unanimously, with the proviso that future
warrants due for review and approval at the next Tuesday meeting be made
available for review by the Trustees by the close of business on the preceding
Friday. The motion carried unanimously.
On a motion of Deputy Mayor DiFelice seconded by Trustee Hart, the Board
of Trustees moved to go into executive session at 8:15 p.m. for the purpose of review
of litigation and personnel issues. At 9:15 p.m. the executive session was completed
and the meeting adjourned.
