                  <text>A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on Wednesday, August 2,2000
at 8:00 PM in Village Hall, 28 Beekntan Avenue, SleepyHollow, New York for the
purpose of calling for a public hearing on the retirement incentive program for
village employees.

Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order at 8:00 PM.
The Mayor explained the reason for the special meeting and read the attached
resolution #08/64/00.
Trustee DiFelice moved, seconded by Trustee Higle to adjourn the meeting at 8:05
PM, motion carried.
