Present: Mayor Philip Zegarelli Patricia Rodriguez Mario DiFelice Robert Higle Donald Stever Trustees Absent: i Trustee Robert Zieja Trustee James Hart Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order at 8:00 PM. The Mayor explained the reason for the special meeting and read the attached resolution #08/64/00. Trustee DiFelice moved, seconded by Trustee Higle to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 PM, motion carried.
