                  <text>Minutes of the Board of Trustees
Village of Sleepy Hollow

A special session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on
Thursday, September 28th, 2000 at 7:00 P.M. in Village HaD, 28 Beekman Avenue,
Sleepy Hollow, New York.
Present:

Deputy Mayor Mario DiFelice
James J. Hart
Patricia M. Rodriquez
Donald Stever
Richard Zieja
Trustees

Also Present: Dwight H. Douglas, Village Administrator
At 7:03 p.m. Deputy Mayor DiFelice called the meeting to order, indicating that the sole
purpose of the special meeting was to review/approve warrants so that bills could be paid.
On a motion of Trustee Stever, seconded by Trustee Rodriquez, approved unanimously,
the Trustees authorized the subject warrant, with the following exclusions: warrants on
pages 26,30, and 32, said pages were missing, as well as vendor #003632 (Carmlliere),
#000278 (Benfield Electric), #003559 (Alarm Warehouse), which were incomplete due to
the above noted missing pages.
On a motion of Trustee Rodriguez, seconded by Trustee Zieja, the meeting was
adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
