Minutes of the Board of Trustees Village of Sleepy Hollow A work session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on Tuesday, October 17th, 2000 at 7:00 P.M. in Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York. Present: Mayor Philip E. Zegarelli Mario DiFelice James J. Hart Patricia M. Rodriquez Robert Higle Donald Stever Richard Zieja Trustees Also Present: Dwight H. Douglas, Village Administrator Edward Lammers, Village attorney's office Jimmy Warren, Police Chief At 7:03 p.m. Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order and entered into executive session for the purpose of reviewing ongoing and pending litigation, as well as to discuss personnel issues. At 8:20 p.m. the Trustees came out of executive session. At 8:30 p.m. Mayor Zegarelli called the work session to order to review and discuss agenda hems. At 9:07 p.m. Mayor Zegarelli called a special meeting of the Board of Trustees to order to consider the attached resolutions. Additionally, the following parade requests were authorized: Ecuadorian Folklore request for a parade on a section of Beekman Ave. and festival at Barnhart Park from 12:30 - 5:00 p.m. on Nov. 5th (see attached letter) was unanimously approved on a motion of Trustee Stever, seconded by Trustee Hart, subject to provision of suitable documentation to the Chief of Police. Sleepy Hollow High School parade and pep rally to be held on October 20th (see attached letter) was unanimously approved on a motion of Trustee DiFelice, seconded by Trustee Higle. �lb I At 9:26 p.m., on a motion of Trustee DiFelice, seconded by Trustee Zieja the meeting was adjourned. Said appointment is subject to a probationary period of twelve to twenty-six weeks and the approval of Westchester County Civil Service Commission.
