Present: Mayor Philip Zegarelli Patricia Rodriguez James J. Hart Robert J. Higle Mario DiFelice Trustees Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order with a prayer and pledge to the flag. Trustee DiFelice moved, seconded by Trustee Hart to certify the results of the Village Election held on March 20, 2001, motion carried 5-0. Discussion ensued on whether the write-in votes should be listed on the certification. Trustee DiFelice moved, seconded by Trustee Rodriguez that Village Counsel will check to And out if it is necessary to have the write-in votes listed on the certification and if so, these names will be added as part of the certification, motion carried 6-0. There being no further business, Trustee DiFelice moved, seconded by Trustee Higle to adjourn the meeting, motion carried.
