Minutes of the Board of Trustees
Village of Sleepy Hollow
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on
Tuesday, July 24,2001 at 5:30 P.M. in Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy
Hollow, New York.
Present:

Also Present: Dwight H. Douglas, Village Administrator
Barbara Napoli, Treasurer
Brian Murphy, Village attorney
At 5:33 p.m. Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order to consider and act on the
attached resolutions as noted.
On a motion of Trustee Higle, seconded by Trustee Hart, unanimously carried a work
session of the Board of Trustees was set for 6:30 p.m. on August 21st, 2001 at the Sleepy
Hollow High School, to befollowed at 7:30.pjn.by previously established public
hearings on the Kendal special permit application and a minor amendment to the
Village's fee ordinance; the regular session of the Board to be held on August 28*, 2001
at 8 p.m. in the Board room of the Trustees, preceded by a 7 p.m. work session.
At 6:10 p.m. on a motion of Trustee Higle, seconded by Trustee Rodriguez, passed
unanimously, the meeting was adjourned.
