At 8:50 p.m., after completing the work session agenda, Mayor Zegarelli called a special meeting
to order to act on the attached resolutions.': ' " ~?T. :;
Additionally, Mayor Zegarelli noted that the Historic River Towns of Westchester had requested
that on street parking regulations-be relaxed for VillageStreets in proximity to the Hudson Valley.
Writer's Center from 4 - 6~p.m. on November 15* for a meeting to be held at that time arid that the Village had agreed to this. Several residents requested that action be delayed in installing
new meters on Pocantico Street The Board agreed to postpone meter installation and re-open :

Trustee Stever recommended the following from his review of three communications received

1. Westchester County DepL of Planning Letter dated Oct 31,2001: comments 1,2 and 5
are appropriate and should be fully-included in the scoping outline. Comments number 3
and 4 do not deserve the same consideration.

2. Scenic Hudson Letter dated November 6th,2001 should be considered in its entirety.
3. Tarrytown letter of November 2,2001 should be submitted to applicant's counsel for
review and comment as he sees fit - - - --::
It was the consensus of the Board that trustee Stever's responses to letters fairly represented the
Board's position.
On a motion of Trustee Rodriguez, seconded by -Trustee Zieja, the special meetingrwas adjourned
and at 9:15 p.m. the board went into executive session to review litigation and personnel matters.
