                  <text>A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on Wednesday, March 20,2002
at 7:10 pm for the purpose of certifying the results of the Village Election held on
Tuesday, March 19, 2002.

Also Present: Dwight Douglas, Village Administration
Brian Murphy, Village Attorney
Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order with a pledge to the flag.
Trustee Hart moved, seconded by Trustee Higle to accept the results of the Village
Election held on March 19,2002, motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business, Trustee Zieja moved, seconded by Trustee DiFelice
to adjourn the meeting, carried.
