Village of Sleepy Hollow
A work session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on
Monday, May 6th at 7:00 P.M. in Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow,
New York.

Terry O'NeiL Special Counsel
At 7:03 p.m. Mayor Zegarelli called the work session to order and into executive session
to review and discuss pending litigation and personnel issues. At 8:30 p.m. the executive
session was concluded.
At 8:35 p.m. Mayor Zegajelli called a special meeting of the Board of Trustees to order
to consider the attached resolution, Deputy Mayor DiFelice and Trustee Hart and Special
Counsel O'Neil having left to attend prior engagements. On a motion of Trustee Higle,
seconded by Trustee Rodriguez the motion carried unanimously by the members present.

At 8:42 p.m. on a motion of Trustee Stever, seconded by Trustee Higle, passed
unanimously the meeting of the Trustees was adjourned.

Be it Resolved that Anthony Bueti, 188 Webber Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York
is hereby appointed to the position of Police Officer from Eligible list it: 63-121,
Cert. #: P101-02 at an annual salary of $36,842.00 effective June 3, 2002. Said
appointment is subject to the candidate successfully passing the physical and
psychological examination required for the position, subject to the approval of
Westchester County Department of Human Resources and subject to a
probationary period of twelve (12) months from the effective date of this
appointment
