Minutes of the Board of Trustees
Village of Sleepy Hollow
A work session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on
Tuesday, December 3 rd , 2002 at 7:00 P.M. in Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy
Hollow, New York.
Present:

Mayor Philip E. Zegarelli
Mario DiFelice
Richard Spota
Richard Zieja
James Hart
Robert Higle
Donald Stever

Also Present: Dwight H. Douglas, Village Administrator
Jimmy Warren, Police Chief
Nat Federici, Village Engineer
Jerry Fine, Village Engineer
Robert Stiloski, Director Fire and Life Safety
David Smith, Planning Consultant
At 7:05 p.m. Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting into order and on a motion of Trustee .
Hart, Seconded by Trustee Higle the Board went into executive session to review
potential personnel discipline. At 7:16 p.m. the board came out of executive session.
Mayor Zegarelli then called a special meeting of the Board of Trustees to order to act on
the attached resolution #1, which wras duly adopted as shown.
On a motion of Trustee Zieja, seconded by Trustee Higle, and carried unanimously, on
recommendation of the Fire Chiefs, Glenn Klami, of 19 South Broadway, Tarrytown was
added to the active roles of the volunteer fire department.
At 7:20 p.m. on a motion of Trustee Spota, seconded by Trustee Hart and carried
unanimously the special meeting was adjourned and the Board of Trustees commenced
review of the regular work session agenda. Trustee Hart was called away at this time.

At 8:35 p.m. on a motion of Trustee Stever, seconded by Deputy Mayor DiFelice and
carried unanimously, the board went into executive session to review potential
acquisition issues. The executive session ended at 9:50 p.m. At 9:50 p.m., on a motion
of Trustee Zieja, seconded by Deputy Mayor DiFelice and carried unanimously, the
meeting was adjourned.

Resolution of the Board of Trustees
Of the Village of Sleepy Hollow
Approving Police Officer Stipulation of Agreement

Be It Resolved, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow does
hereby adopt, approve and ratify the Stipulation of Agreement between and among
the Village of Sleepy Hollow, the North Tarrytown Police Benevolent Association
and Mr. Brent Gamble dated December 3, 2002. The Board hereby authorizes the
Mayor to execute same.
