Present: Mayor Philip E. Zegarelli Mario DiFelice Richard Spota Richard Zieja Donald Stever Trustees Also Present: Dwight H. Douglas, Village Administrator Jimmy Warren, Police Chief Joel Sachs, Special Counsel At 7:50 p.m. Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting into executive session to discuss property acquisition negotiations and personnel issues. At 8:20 p.m. the Board of Trustees came out of executive session. At 8:30 p.m. on a motion of Trustee Zieja, Seconded by Trustee Spota a special meeting of the Board of Trustees was convened in order to act on the attached resolutions, which were duly acted on as noted. At 8:50 p.m. on a motion of Trustee Stever, seconded by Trustee Spota and carried unanimously the special meeting was adjourned. Respectfully sub ' & - Dwight *H. South Salem, New York as Intermediate Clerk/Spanish Speaking from eligible list # 02-100 at an annual salary of $34,500.00 effective January 8,2003. Said appointment is subject to a probationary period of twelve to fifty-two weeks and the approval of Westchester County Department of Human Resources. Moved:Trustee Spota Seconded:Trustee Stever Vote:5-0 Resolution #: 01/02/03 Be it Resolved that the Board of Trustees does hereby approve the Mayor's appointment of Rae Lee, 58 Amber Drive, Croton-on-Hudson, New York as Office Assistant/Financial Support from eligible list # 69-547 at an annual salary of $33,500.00 effective January 8,2003. Said appointment is subject to a probationary period of twelve to fifty-two weeks and the approval of the Westchester County Department of Human Resources. Zambrano, to be an authorized signer at the following financial institutions: Sleepy Hollow Bank Bank of New York I Moved: Ziega Seconded: First Union Bank Union State Bank DiFelice Vote: 5-0 �I Meeting Date: 01/07/03 Resolution #01/4/03 Resolved, that the Village Board hereby establishes six (6) hours as the standard workday for elected officials for the purpose of determining days worked reportable to the New York State and Local Employee's Retirement System. Elected officials covered under this resolution include: Mayor, Trustees and Village Justice.
