Minutes of the Board of Trustees
Village of Sleepy Hollow
A work session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on
Tuesday, June 10th, 2003 at 6:30 P.M. in the main meeting room of Philipsburg Manor
Restoration, Broadway, Sleepy Hollow, New York.

The 6:40 p.m. work session was opened by the mayor with a short summary of various
aspects of the proposed Lighthouse Landing project to aide in an informal discussion
with residents living in proximity to the Continental St. access to the east side portion of
the former General Motors site.
At 8:30 p.m. Mayor Zegarelli called the board into special session to order to act on the
attached resolutions, which were duly acted on as noted.
At 8:35 p.m. On a motion of Trustee DiFelice, seconded by Trustee Spota, and carried
unanimously, the special meeting of the Board of Trustees was adjourned.

Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow
Authorizing Temporary Street Closure
Palmer Avenue Block Party
WHEREAS, residents of Palmer Avenue have requested that Palmer Avenue be closed to
traffic between Bellwood Avenue and Munroe Avenue for a block party.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Board herein authorizes said
section of Palmer Avenue to be closed on Saturday, June 21, 2003, from 3:30 p.m. to
7:00 p.m.
