Present: I Mayor Philip E. Zegarelli Mario DiFelice Don Stever Jim Hart Richard Spota Richard Zieja Trustees Also Present: Dwight H. Douglas, Village Administrator Abraham Zambrano, Treasurer David Smith, Planning Consultant Robert Ponzini, Village Counsel The 6:40 p.m. work session was opened by the mayor with a short summary of various aspects of the proposed Lighthouse Landing project to aide in an informal discussion with residents living in proximity to the Continental St. access to the east side portion of the former General Motors site. At 8:30 p.m. Mayor Zegarelli called the board into special session to order to act on the attached resolutions, which were duly acted on as noted. At 8:35 p.m. On a motion of Trustee DiFelice, seconded by Trustee Spota, and carried unanimously, the special meeting of the Board of Trustees was adjourned. Respectfully submitted, Dwight H.
