Present: Mayor Philip Zegarelli Mario DiFelice James Hart Richard Spota Kay Brown Grata Donald Stever Trustees Absent: Trustee Richard Zieja Also Present: Robert Ponzini, Village Attorney Abraham Zambrano, Village Treasurer I Mayor Zegarelli explained by giving a background for hiring a new mechanic. The attached resolution was then adopted. There being no further business, Trustee DiFelice moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Trustee Grala and carried. Vernon, New York 10550 to the position of Lead Maintenance Mechanic (Automotive) at an annual salary of $51,609.60 for eighteen months, which is 90% of total salary of $57,344.00 effective December 29,2003. Said appointment is subject to a probationary period of twelve to fifty-two weeks and the approval of the Westchester County Department of Human Resources.
