A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on Wednesday, March 17,2004
at 7 pm in Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York for the
purpose of certifying the results of the Village Election held on Tuesday, March 16,
2004.

Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order with a pledge to the flag.
Trustee Stever moved, seconded by Trustee Grala to accept the results of the Village
Election held on March 16,2004, motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business, Trustee DiFelice moved, seconded by Trustee
Stever to adjourn the meeting, carried.
