Present: I Mayor Philip E. Zegarelli Deputy Mayor Mario DiFelice Andy Murray Rich Zieja Tommy Capossela Kay Grala Richard Spota Trustees Also Present: Dwight H. Douglas, Village Administrator Robert Ponzini, Village Attorney Robyn DeCarlo, Village Treasurer David Smith, Planning Consultant Sean McCarthy, Village Architect At 7:45 p.m. the Mayor called the Board into special session to act on the attached resolutions as noted therein. At 8:00 p.m. on a motion of Trustee Grala, seconded by Trustee Zieja the special meeting was adjourned. On a motion of Trustee Zieja, seconded by Trustee Murray the board went into executive session to review current litigation. No action was taken during the executive session which ended at 8:10 p.m. Respectfully DwighrH. Douglas, Vil I Administrator �Meeting Date: Resolution #: 01/18/05 01/12/05 RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE LIGHTHOUSE LANDING AT SLEEPY HOLLOW DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT WHEREAS, on January 11,2005, the Mayor and Board of Trustees did accept as complete a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Lighthouse Landing at Sleepy Hollow Riverfront Development Concept Plan and Special Permit; and WHEREAS, the Village Board did schedule the first public hearing on the proposed action to be held on February 8, 2005, at 8:00 PM at the Sleepy Hollow High School with subsequent hearings to be held on February 15, 2005 at 8:00 PM at Village Hall, and Saturday February 19, 2005 at 10:00 AM at Village Hall; and WHEREAS, the Village Board has subsequently learned that the Sleepy Hollow High School facilities will not be available on the February 8, 2005; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Board of Trustees, does hereby reschedule the public hearing location on February 8, 2005 from the Sleepy Hollow High School to Village Hall 8:00 PM; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Board of Trustees does hereby reschedule the location of the second public hearing to be held on February 15, at 8:00 PM from Village Hall to the Sleepy Hollow High School; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Village Board does hereby direct the Applicant to circulate and publish the revised public hearing notices. Mr. Corrado has obtained his CDL license and he can now drive the large trucks.
