Present: Mayor Philip Zegarelli Richard Spota Thomas Capossela Andrew Murray Kay Brown Grala Trustees Also Present: Dwight Douglas, Village Administrator Absent: Trustee Mario DiFelice Trustee Richard Zieja Robert Ponzini, Village Attorney Before opening the public hearing, Mayor Zegarelli swore in re-elected Trustee Kay Brown Grala who was on vacation when the other trustees were sworn in. Public Hearing Trustee Murray read the attached public hearing notice regarding the proposed budget. Robyn DeCarlo, Village Treasurer, gave a power point presentation of the proposed budget and the Mayor commented that the board will be reviewing this proposed budget once more before its adoption on April 26 th . There were no comments from the public. Trustee Grala moved, seconded by Trustee Capossela to close the hearing, motion carried unanimously. Resolution-Attached Mayor Zegarelli commented that there are a few items that needed to be discussed in executive session. Trustee Spota moved, seconded by Trustee Murray to move into executive session to discuss these items, but no formal action will be taken. Back in regular session the Mayor commented that no formal action was taken during executive session. Trustee Spota moved, seconded by Trustee Grala to adjourn the meeting, motion carried.
